Stephanie Mack

Stephanie Mack has been a board certified family law attorney since 2011 in the area of marital and family law. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification. Board certified attorneys must have at least 5 years of experience and show substantial involvement in the area of law, receive a passing grade on the examination required of all applicants and satisfy a peer review process. Only 7% of all eligible members of the Florida Bar are board certified.

Ms. Mack strongly believes that extreme dedication and zealous advocacy should also be combined with a highly-personalized approach, particularly in the many complex and emotional areas of family law. Family law calls attorneys to provide a complete approach for clients, and Ms. Mack is highly skilled and experienced in providing this unique level of holistic service. Ms. Mack graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a B.A. in criminology. Two years later, she began her studies at the Fredric G. Levin College of Law and graduated with honors in 2003. From 2003-2005, Ms. Mack was employed as a staff attorney at Florida’s Fifth Judicial Circuit in Marion County. During her tenure working for the Marion county judges, she gained exposure to a variety of legal issues and perfected her research and writing abilities with a focus on post-conviction relief for criminal defendants.

Following her work as a staff attorney to the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, Ms. Mack joined a small firm in Gainesville, Florida in 2005 and began her practice in family law. Ms. Mack worked at this firm from 2005-2013 as an associate attorney. In 2013, Ms. Mack joined the Law Office of Silverman, Mack & Associates as a partner and has continued to practice family law.

Ms. Mack believes it is critical to be dedicated to every case to which she is entrusted by her clients and works hard to settle each case while also preparing for litigation, when necessary. In her spare time, Ms. Mack enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog, Millie, watching horror movies and eating at many of the delicious restaurants in Gainesville.
